Shipping policy

Sundari and Co strives to provide timely delivery of your order with good quality packaging. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & public holidays. In order to guarantee a prompt and secure delivery of your order, we ship through reputed courier companies only.

How long do we take to dispatch your order?

Shipping within India takes roughly around 5-7 working days post-dispatch. While we strive to adhere to our delivery schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or issues faced by our delivery partners may cause delays. We cannot assume responsibility for these delays.

We do not accept the risk or provide refunds for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including those from our delivery partners.

What are the shipping charges?

Sundari and Co offers ‘Free Shipping’ on all merchandise for shipping within India. Express shipping will be charged at a minimum cost of INR 250/ order. Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not available for all all orders.

What if you receive the product in damaged condition?

To ensure the highest satisfaction and to maintain quality assurance, we kindly ask you to record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing your package and send the vedio to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This process helps us verify the condition of the item at the time of arrival, ensuring that it reaches you in perfect condition.

If you happen to find any damages while unboxing, please email us at sundariandco528@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9606573528 mentioning your Order ID and a picture/video of the damaged product. We will personally ensure a return is arranged and an exchange is issued for purchase within 3 months of return of damaged product. If the cost of the exchanged product is of a higher range, the difference is to be borne by the customer.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

Under what circumstances can an order or shipment be cancelled?

In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any saree to be exchanged subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, phone number, or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from you.

Kindly note that the above delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases deliveries might be delayed due to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
