Cancellations and Refund

1.       You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Should you cancel your order, you will receive a refund to your bank account and any bank/payment gateway processing charges will be borne by you and will be deducted from the total before the refund.

2.       You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Returns

  1. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. Please note that while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return.
  2. Returns on the basis of natural weaving variations, visible threads, or uncut threads/zari on the reverse side are not allowed since these are natural occurrences in handwoven sarees.
  3. Your return request should be sent by email to sundariandco528@gmail.com or our Whatsapp number +91 9606573528 within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests sent after 24 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
  4. If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package.   5. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email/ WhatsApp us a video and relevant photos of the damaged packaging along with the return request as per step 3.
  6. Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return within 5 working days. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to Sundari And Co’s registered address.
  7. The product being returned must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact.
  8. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.

9.       Once we receive the product in it’s original condition, an exchange is issued for purchase within 3 months of return of damaged product. If the cost of the exchanged product is of a higher range, the difference is to be borne by the customer. In this case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable.

Exchanges

  1. Since our products are Handwoven, fabrics are pure and presents the finest quality, they require the careful handling. We mostly have one of each kind at a time. Consequently, we don’t take returns and exchange of products unless in the extreme & exceptional circumstances
  2. Exchange requests in case of a return of damaged product must be sent to  sundariandco528@gmail.com or our Whatsapp number +91 9606573528 within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  3. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original tags and bill intact.
  4. All products sent for exchange will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to decline the exchange request. In such cases, the original saree will be sent back to you while the additional shipping cost to be borne by the customer.
  5. Exchange approvals are at the sole discretion of Sundari and Co and will be based on the inspection outcome.
  6. Once the product passes inspection, you can select an alternate product for exchange, and we will ship it to you.
  7. If you are unable to find a suitable replacement, we will issue an email stating the coat of the product for exchange. The email will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  8. Exceptions / non-returnable items
